Shipping, Returns and FAQs


  • Once orders are processed, they will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
  • Domestic shipments will be fulfilled using Registered Tracked Package and will be delivered within 1-3 business days.*
  • Orders $300 and below will be fulfilled using Singapore Post Standard International with an estimated delivery time of 7-20 business days. If required, there's an optional $45 upgrade for Express / Priority International Shipping.
  • Orders above $300 will be fulfilled using TNT/ Aramex / DHL/ Fedex /UPS for Express / Priority International shipments with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
  • Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on your location. 
  • UPDATE: Because of current safety precautions in some regions, shipping may take a while longer. We seek your understanding and patience on this and are closely monitoring the situation.
  • Customs and duty charges may apply and are at the discretion of the customs agents in your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes. We are not responsible for the cost of duties on international shipments and any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
  •  Eye of the Cat Jewellery is not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • Jewellery will be gift wrapped and shipped in environmentally friendly packaging with minimal use of plastic.


Purchases will be shipped to addresses provided by the customer and we cannot be held responsible if an incorrect address was provided. Please ensure that the details of the delivery address is correct when ordering. Packages cannot be re-routed once they have been sent. 

Packages returned due to incorrect address will be refunded the cost of item but is not limited to shipping and insurance, re-stocking, and credit card fees.


We hope you'll be happy with your purchase however should you wish to return an item, we honour a 7 day return policy provided they are returned in the same condition they were received and are in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, the buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt. The item must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping and insurance must be included. A tracking number must also be provided so we can monitor the shipment.

A returned item must be in exact, as-sold condition (no damage, same stones, same size, etc). Items that are personalized cannot be returned. Once the item has been received, and we can confirm it is in as-sold condition, buyer will be will be refunded within 1-2 days after the satisfactory return of the item. Refund will not include fees our shop cannot recoup which includes, but is not limited to, shipping and insurance, re-stocking and credit card fees.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
  • Items on clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.


All items marked "final sale", “clearance sale” or discounted to 30% or more off of the original price cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale. Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes and promotions.


Please note that the jewellery is pre-owned /pre-loved and are therefore not in perfect condition and will have normal signs of wear commensurate with age such as patina / scuffs which add to the jewellery's unique beauty and appearance. We try to represent any flaws or markings in pictures and descriptions.

Eye of the Cat Jewellery offers a layaway service which allows customers to reserve merchandise with a required minimum 20% deposit down (Towards purchase price). Layaway is only applicable to merchandise that has been listed after 24 hours, and above $250 and will be kept by Eye of the Cat Jewellery until the balance is paid off in full. A payment plan of every two weeks is suggested, but can be paid sooner; all layaway must be paid in full to Eye of the Cat Jewellery within the time chosen at purchase (60 or 90 Days), or the merchandise will be relisted for sale. All money, including deposits are non-refundable and will be applied as store credit if the Layaway is canceled for any reason. Sale items and promo codes are not applicable to layaway and will be considered on a case by case basis.

Can I make payments for my layaway early?
Yes you can. Simply inform Eye of the Cat Jewellery to arrange for early payment.

How do I select Layaway for my purchase?
Please contact Eye of the Cat Jewellery and let us know that you would like to choose Layaway as your form of payment and include the item you are interested in before confirming the purchase. We will discuss a Layaway plan that will work best for you.

Can I make a deposit of more than 20%?
Absolutely! You can make a deposit up to 50%.

Can I pick up my layaway before the full 60/90 days?
Absolutely! We leave the invoice open so you can make payments at any time and once your layaway is paid in full your purchase can ship immediately.

What if I change my mind?
Layaway Sales are Final.

Do you offer Ring Resizing Service?
Yes we do! This service is offered with an additional fee and takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. Please contact Eye of the Cat Jewellery to discuss rates and feasibility.
Do note that in most cases, the resized jewellery would have to be polished for the resized area to be seamless which would mean losing patina that had taken years to develop.
Please note that resized jewellery will qualify as personalized order. Personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
