A breathtaking antique enamel mourning brooch crafted in 15K Rose Gold featuring a flowing bow with a suspending locket. The bow is speckled with the sweetest white and powder blue enamel forget-me-not flowers while the locket has a more geometric shaped design in blue and white enamel.
The back of the locket features a hand engraved rhombus shaped design surrounded by a beautiful scroll frame. Inside the locket is braided hair work and a compartment for a photo. The locket can be detached from the bow and worn separately.
The brooch closure features a c-clasp that opens and closes securely and is in pristine condition.
Made by Krementz & Co, founded by George Krementz in 1866, it was one of the largest manufacturers of luxury jewelry in the United States. They were known for their high-quality and refined pieces.
